I have been a patient for the last couple of years. Very happy with them.

Ya know. the only reason I went here was because it’s close to my house and he almost has my last name, just spelled a little different. So back in 2003, I was working at Muckleshoot Casino at the time and I had Bomb insurance. I mean fully paid, full coverage. It was towards the end of the year and I was planning on getting another job but I wanted to burn up my insurance money. More importantly, I had a cavity in my upper right wisdom tooth so I went to check this place out. I get there, and the lady hands me a clip board to fill out. I do this and it’s all normal except for one check mark. «Do you want to keep your removed teeth?» Yes– CHECK! Ok so I checked that one. Anyways, we make another appointment to get a cleaning and inspection. That went well. Then I went in the next week for the removal. I had a young Asian female surgeon pull out my tooth. She was super nice but it seemed like she was having a hard time strength wise pulling it out. I realize that half of it was gone but it kinda scared me to see her struggle. Like it was gonna break or pop out and she’d go flying back about 8 feet. Luckily I was juiced up with Nitrous real good. THANKS for that. Everything went well except THEYDIDN“T KEEPMYTOOTH. They threw it in a bucket with about 1000 other teeth. FUck, i’m not about to rummage through that shit. Why have a check box on the questionaire that says«DOYOUWANTTOKEEPYOURREMOVEDTEETH?» if you aren’t going to do it? Anyways, I totally blame the receptionist for this. Maybe the doctor didn’t read it, but I don’t even think she was given the info to keep my tooth. I got a serious«I’m getting Fat commission from you!» vibe from the receptionist anyways. Very creepy. They tried to get me to remove all the rest of my 3 remaining wisdom teeth. I’m not sure why since my teeth are naturally straight and are not bound up or too close. The way the receptionist was so intent on scheduling me in to do that it seemed like it was a money /business opportunity for them since my insurance covered everything 100% sans my co-pay. I just really felt like I was at a high pressure used car dealership. I never even seen this Otto J. Hanssen guy, it seems he just owns the office and other dentists use the facilities /customers and he gets a cut. I hope others have more positive experiences but I have to give 2 stars since«Meh, I’ve experienced better» Next Dentist please. I’m Unilocaling this time! ~TZ
