I had pac west out to fill my tank again today. Fast professional service at a good price. Rare to find this type of service now days.

This October 2015 I cancelled my service with Amerigas and signed up with Pacwest Propane. This crew far exceeds Amerigas when it comes to customer service in addition to great prices ! The workers are the owners and we the consumer reap the benefit of excellent custoner service. I appreciate the fact that they have hired US combat Veterans too ! I am so thankful I made this change… Pacwest has relieved me of much distaste and «grumpyness». I am a happy propane consumer again. Heads up SP neighbors… Do yourself a favor… and consider making the switch… I am glad I did!

Don’t waste your time looking for a great propane company, because you just found the best one. Seriously. I looked around at 5 different local propane companies, with a Goldie Locks type of experience. Some were too expensive, some were too impersonal, and some wanted to lock me into a contract. When I called Derrick at Pacwest Propane, I knew that he was the real deal.
My home is on the side of a really steep hill, so even bringing groceries into the house can be a challenge. Derrick spent the better part of a day slowly bringing down my propane tank by hand, weaving through wooden stairs and a narrow pathway with pavers that are coming up all over the place. The next day my tank was filled, and later that day, Derrick came back and spent FOUR hours trying to fix the gas fireplace in my house that had not been used in over 18 months. He fixed the fireplace and didn’t leave until after he explained to me what all of the knobs and switches were underneath. I tried to pay him for his time for the installation of the tank and fixing the fireplace, but he refused to take my money.
After our first fill, we didn’t pay attention to the meter on our tank and we ran out of propane in the middle of November. I texted Derrick in the morning, and a few hours later, the tank was full again. Just today we ran out of propane again, not thinking about the colder weather using more propane more quickly. Again, I texted Derrick and he squeezed us in today. He came at almost 8:00 pm just to fill up our tank. He also offered to set up another tank at a discounted rate, with a discount on our fill-​ups. He also set us up on auto-​fill, with the choice of how often we get filled up. Apparently, I can’t remember to check my propane tank, so having an automatic fill-​up every two weeks is a dream.
All that to say that PacWest Propane is amazing. They give you such peace of mind, and they couldn’t be more accessible or helpful. Plus, have I mentioned that their service comes with the best price in the area? They beat the prices of every company in the area, including the big companies. I can’t say enough good things about them. Thanks, PacWest!
