This experience was so disappointing and I will never return. I highly recommend if you haven’t taken your pet here then DON’T! My shih tzu was fully fur coated but definitely had some matte. I trusted this groomer knew what she was doing or if she had questions about how much she should cut or she would at least communicate with me. I dropped my dog off at 3pm and after not hearing from her in 3 hours I went to the pet shop to check on my pet however, she hadn’t got started. I saw a glimpse of my dog and she had all her fur. I left and was called by the groomer 2 hours later. When I arrived the groomer wasn’t there and the cashier was. She took me to get my dog and I didn’t recognize her. She skinned my dog alive. My children were even afraid of her. I am seeking counselor. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO PETSENSE, IT’S NOT WORTH IT
