Prohome services the warranty on the condo we own at Riverpointe. Before we moved in, a Prohome representative walked through the condo with us, explaining how various things worked and we noted any imperfections we saw. Prohome then managed the repairs and is who we now contact in the event of any problems we incur that are under our homeowner’s warranty.
My experience with the company has always been good. I call and either leave a message regarding the issue or speak directly to a representative. My calls have always been returned promptly and the employees are professional and polite.
