Rebecca Alloway

We were so blessed to have Rebecca referred to us when we called John L. Scott about a home listing. She was available evenings and weekends to meet with us and was very focused on our needs as we looked to purchase our first home. She made the process as painless as possible and was very helpful in walking us through all the steps, even going as far as continually checking in with the mortgage broker and escrow service on the status of our file to give us updates.
She was very willing to work within our budget and didn’t try to sell us more house than we were looking for (we were in the low 200’s). She found us a well maintained bank owned home that qualified for USDA Rural Housing financing. She didn’t once blink an eye at the extra work a bank-​owned home and the special USDA financing created. She also purchased a one year home warranty on our behalf so if we do have any problems in the first year we have some coverage.
I hope Rebecca is a Realtor for a long time as I wouldn’t want to work with anyone else after our wonderful experience with her. I will refer her to our friends and family with pleasure. I know she will take wonderful care of them!
