Dr. Rolston seemed like he knew what he was talking about and seemed like he genuinely cared. I wanted to bring my daughter to see him too, in fact. We live an hour away and I made 3 appointments for which I was unable to make it to because of being sick(allergies in the fall of all things). Admittedly, 1 was a «no show», the rest were cancelled. When I tried to make another appointment for her I was told that she was banned because she missed 3 appointment. I spoke to the office manager, breaking into tears because I felt so guilty, and begged her to give my child 1 more chance. She said she would speak to Dr. Rolston and let me know. I said thank you and hung up. Seconds later, my phone rang. It was the office manager accusing me of hanging up on her and saying that that would not help me. That she was the office manager. I tried to tell her I did not hang up on her but she would not listen and continued talking down to me. I said«this is just amazing I can’t believe this is happening». Her reply to me was«yes you are». After that, I left messages for Dr. Rolston to call me back. He never did. I sent an email from their website exposing what happened, in hopes of it making it to him. My e-mail ended with«I would like to have this issue resolved, but I’d it can’t be I will go somewhere else». A resolution could have been a simple apology, yet I never heard back and really thought my email never made it. Until I got sick again yesterday and called for help. I was told that, since I wrote an email saying that I no longer wanted to be a patient there, Dr. Rolston agreed. Now I have to start all over. When I first started seeing him, he complained at length about people seeing ear nose and throat specialists for allergies instead of allergists. I’ve never been treated with such disrespect as I was at his office and truly regret spending my hard earned money on his«services».

Dr. Rolston is a brilliant man and a wondeful allergy doctor.
