Starbucks

Their service is sooooooo freaking slow I don’t get it. Always a 20 min wait. Ridiculous they would never make it in the city. Mary is the only one that provided good customer service.

I am in agreement with some of the previous Unilocalers on this one. The employees here are ridiculously rude. Starbucks you need to clean house and start from scratch on this location. I’ll go to PJ’s.

I’m am at a loss for words with my experience at this Starbucks. We ordered a lime refresher, and a caramel waffle frap. I always order a lime refresher so I know what it’s supposed to taste like but as soon as I took my first sip of this one I knew something was off. It barely had a lime flavor at all. Tasted mainly like water. And now for the caramel waffle frap, there’s no way it had ANY coffee in it, it was completely white. I’m very unhappy that I had to waste my money on these drinks that didn’t taste like they were supposed to.

This Starbucks is always good and reliable, just usually has slow service. Starbucks is always a must for me, especially in the mornings, but the line gets so long. It is most likely faster to go inside and order, but it’s still a great place for coffee!

I discovered this drive thru after feeling burnt out on hotel coffee during my stay in LA for work. While the drive thru line often looked long, it moved fast, and the customer service was nice and consistent. I felt the service inside was not as quick as the drive thru, but I understand the morning rush and the need to get people in and out.

Horrible service! Horrible attitudes! Was not greeted or even acknowledged when I walked in and stood in line behind the one lone customer ordering. Waited. And waited. And waited. Still NO greeting. Invisible! Finally, I walked out. :(

Been coming to this Starbucks to get my coffee fix on for long shifts at work! They open at 5 so they can’t help me out for my 5 am shift but they were able to assist during the 6 am shifts!
Two coworkers and I used the mobile order and everything went perfectly well. We Ordered it while we were in the hotel and by the time we got there we didn’t have to wait one minute!

Had the door locked in my face tonight by Storm and her rude assistant who refused to give her name. It was a very humiliating experience. Hope their real management will review the video footage.
I’ve had excellent service up until my experience tonight. I’m embarrassed to say how much my family spends each month at this location considering the proximity to my home, but I cannot in good conscious spend another dollar here. And, I hope by all means that I wasn’t treated the way I was because of my race. Honestly, I don’t think I was. I do think it was just a case of horrible management and customer service by Storm and her sidekick.
Will check out the new Dunkin Donuts for a few weeks since they have a similar drink selection and longer hours.
DD prices were better and service was excellent! Sucks trying to maneuver through that parking lot though.

Good service, typical Starbucks coffee. The seating isn’t as comfortable as I prefer, since I like to camp out and do school on my computer. Also, the music is definitely too loud — I couldn’t hear my school lectures.

The wait is ridiculous!!! 5 cars in the drive thru and 10 (yes10) people in line for coffee. Not to count the people waiting after they ordered. I know Covington has a lot of people but this is just annoying!
Walked in and walked out. If I had 20 minutes for coffee I would go to a restaurant and be served. Something needs to change or I am giving up my STARBUCKS GOLD CARD!
PJ’s is looking better and better.

I don’t live in this area, but when I find myself over here, I always stop at this Starbucks. They are so on point. They are friendly and take and make your order so quickly. It appears that they are adequatley staffed and their lobby is almost always clean. Everything you could want in a Starbucks!

Slowest service ever. I’ve been standing here for 10 minutes waiting on my coffee and the guy beside me said he’s been waiting for his for 20 minutes! Maybe they need another location, because this one is absolutely overwhelmed.

It’s Starbucks… a friend who lives in the area didn’t even know there was one in Covington. Everyone was friendly and they got my order correct, what else can a girl ask for

This and all Starbucks are so clean! It has clean store, fresh food, tasty drinks that are addicting, clean floors, fast and nice service, they also have there barista promise if you don’t like your drink they will remake it!

Good cup of coffee and prastry.

Although it does piss me off that they charge 50 cents for «classic sweetener», which I used to ask for til I figured out I might as well just put the sugar in myself.

It’s a Starbucks in the perfect environment, at one of the entrances to a corporate park that crowns the front of an upscale subdivision. There are a few tables outside and more tables inside. And for those n a hurry or antisocial, there is a drive thru. The staff is friendly and quite efficient. The store is clean, and you are soothed by the ever present wooden décor. The service counter is to the left and the bookcases full of stuff to buy is on the right.

Nice starbucks. There’s a drive thru. Scenery is pleasant. Ducks abound in the street, on the side walk and in the nearby pond.
Indoors is moderately sized & has the basic starbucks appeal & charm.

I don’t typically review well known places in which the population at large has visited at some point in their lifetime, but I was impressed with this particular Starbuck’s setup so I figured I would put the word on the street.
This should be the flagship Starbucks store that is responsible for training all of the other Starbucks’ stores. The staff here really seems to enjoy their jobs. There was at least 6 — 8 staff cranking out orders at any given moment from the main line, phone orders and the drive thru.
I have no idea how they were communicating or who was doing what even though I was actually trying to figure out their system. Most of staff wore earpiece headsets and reminded me of motivational speakers or fitness instructors. Some of them were singing and jumping around. Basically the sad and downtrodden need not apply here!
I finally got wise to using their drive thru service. For days I had seen the line wrapped around the block so I avoided it but one morning there were only 4 cars in line and I figured it might take 8 — 12 minutes to get my order (I was in a bit of a rush so I had to calculate the cost/​benefit of stopping for some hot chocolate on the way to the office). It took approx 5 minutes to get my drink so I was pleasantly surprised.

If you’re on the Northshore, this is the best ‘Bucks to go to. Kinda small and not much seating, but always pretty clean. Friendly staff, too.
It is hard to see it from Rt 190; it’s set pretty far back from the street. I have to keep an eye out for Regions bank every time I go there, or I’ll still drive right past the turn.
