Tri-State Centers For Sight

Due to a potentially serious eye condition, I was sent to TCS. The front desk staff were friendly and my wait time was reasonable. The physicians I have seen have been OK, some better at dealing with scared patients than others but the assistant who works there has exactly zero patient care. She made it abundantly clear that she would rather be anywhere than having to deal with people. Not the sort of care a patient needs when she’s being treated for potential glaucoma.

Ok. I could write a super long hateful review on this but I won’t.
I will break it down for you short and sweet.
I waited over an hour for the staff to check me in, they had my name wrong even though I was very clear on the phone and spelled my name correctly.
The «technician» or whatever she was that did my initial eye exam was rude, downright mean at times and pretty much if I hadn’t been blind because they took my glasses away, I would have punched her.
The room I waited in for the doctor was freezing cold. Had no heat, the space heater in the room was off and I could see my breath. I waited another 30 minutes to see him. He was ok, but it wasnt until he came in that I was told he couldn’t fit me for contacts at this site, which is the whole reason I came, and I explained that while making the appointment.
To say I was angry, wouldn’t really cover it.
Do yourself a big favor. Do NOT go here. Ever.
