Tom’s is THE place to go for your family. Great ice cream leads to long lines and they’ve added a minature golf course and candy store. Worth a bit of a drive to get there.

On Sunday afternoons, you’ll find the parking lot packed with luxury SUVs and rusting muscle cars. The former belong to families of neo-​yuppies heading back to the city. Dressed in subtle earth tones for the summer, they sit together tightly at tables licking Tom’s lovely soft ice cream in near-​silent unison. The latter vehicles belong to the locals sporting tattoos and eczema as they lap up Tom’s lovely soft ice cream, reminiscing about the day’s catch on the Hudson or the excellent meth score.
Tom’s Soft Serve Ice Cream brings everyone together, and yes, it’s very good.
