Waited at the intercom for 3 minutes to order. No one answered. Drove through the 1st window and the girl opens the window and asks us to drive back around to the intercom to order. Told her we waited and there was no one replied and she still told us to go back. Seriously? What kind of place is this? I shouldn’t expect much because I’m in the middle of no where. Of course they don’t know what customer service means. Do you think we’re stupid to drive back around and order from the intercom again? Why didn’t you just take our oder right then and there since there’s no one there? You didn’t even apologize for making us wait at the intercom. No one deserves to be treated like that. We just left and said forget it. So degrading, especially from a fast food chain. Gtfo.
