Took 45+ minutes for an oil change and NONE of the services were completed other than (probably) the oil change. Windows were not washed, no vacuuming or anything else was done. Go anywhere else and you will be out in less time with a whole lot more for your money. It even says on their checklist that everything was cleaned and checked. Wholly disappointed. It takes 5 minutes to change oil if nothing else is being done and there was no one ahead of us… The worst part is they charged $ 95 for what should have been $ 70. They upgraded us to Mobil 1 for $ 20 without consent.

Another oil change place but they do NOT try to up sell you like other oil change chain stores do. Always busy, excellent location, good staff. I tend to use a different place but experience here has been fine.

These guys are pretty awesome. Changing oil is a priority but they are ready to help with wiper blades etc if needed. Price is good too! We are regulars here for both of our vehicles. Would recommend Grease Monkey anytime!

Butler, PA
Charged $ 80 to replace serpentine belt (even though tensioner was broken and belt wouldn’t make it to a real garage). Then the guy in charge told me over and over that «I’m lucky I didn’t destroy the engine because that belt controls the timing of the pistons». That means he’s either feeding me crap or he doesn’t know crap about cars. I will not ever go back and wouldn’t recommend them for anything more than an emergency oil change.
