I am pretty lame when it comes to home maintenance. So, I was very appreciative of my bf BJ offering to make an appointment and meet with owner Ken to perform a check up of my gas furnace. He cleaned it, checked the combustion chamber and lubricated the motor and bearings. I am happy to report that my furnace passed with flying colors. And so did Mr. Purvis. His price was totally reasonable. And best of all, he managed to fix my furnace door that has never closed correctly in 10 years. They also have a very clever moto: Don’t get nervous, Call Ken Purvis”.
