I received two word-​of-​mouth recommendations to come to Animal General. We have a cat and a dog, and Dr. Stewart gave them great care during our first visit. He seemed very knowledgable, really listened to us and addressed all of our concerns. We needed a vet who would take care of our animals and take care of US too. Also appreciated was the courteous receptionist, the evening hours, and a very short wait time. They made a great first impression.

I was never told of missed appointment fees. They tacked on a $ 45 fee.
The dark haired lady at the front desk who is middle aged was poorly mannered and rude. She handed my itemized statement to me after paying. She said «here you go» I told her that thank you was the appropriate response after payment is made, then she said. I HEARD YOU
SHE NEVER was big enough to utter a thank you. Miserable lady
