Bed Bath & Beyond

I can get lost in here with all the cool gadgets they have that’s beyond the bed and bath stuff.
I can’t guarantee that all the cool gadgets work or if it’s in the «maybe it’ll work» category. The ones I continue to purchase were recommended by others. Ex: blue apple, which helps keep produce fresh for a longer time than usual, and the scrub daddy that does clean well and does not retain smells unlike regular sponges.
Of course they sell the bed and bath stuff but beyond that they have kitchenware, k-​cups, seasonal décor, candles (both the pittsburgh/​PA local made and yankee), music, chocolates, etc. etc.
It’s a plus that they always mail coupons (or it could be a curse as I want to stop by and use the coupons. Good marketing) You can also use the coupons for food and k-​cups.
Service is good, but sometimes register gets backed up. There’s no organized way to line up at the register because there are items everywhere.

A nice place to look at bed and bath products. But as the chain goes, so does this store. Good staff; excellent product though much of it appears overpriced to me, but wonderful selection.

Friendly workers who always can find what you need. I like that they always open up a new register when there is a line forming… don’t we wish ALL stores did that?! Had an issue recently with an online order which never arrived at my house. Management went out of their way to get me the item, even calling me at home to let me know when it had arrived in the store. They even gave me a $ 5 off coupon to use. I shop here a lot because they have great customer service.
