Drive thru can take as long as 20 minutes to get through at busy times. Desserts are consistent but service is slow.

I’ve been to this DQ several times and it’s all right. The food is seldom hot when it needs to be, and the waits usually test my patience.
The ice cream items on the menu (blizzards, cones, shakes, etc) seem to be consistent and the wait time is considerably less when you order only ice cream products. I love the fries at DQ, but I can’t justify ordering anything other than ice cream here.
Also, I’ll echo what everyone else is saying about the cleanliness of the dining room. I’m actually somewhat disgusted that the employees feel they can present the restaurant like this. Once in a while, a little bit dirty is OK (like if they forgot to wipe a table during the rush) but this restaurant is routinely dirty.

I come to this DQ VERY rarely because it’s always so filthy. I posted a few pics to hopefully alert the Franchise owner that the Management staff is costing him lots of money.

Dairy Queen is a chain and while most chain restaurants are pretty much the same, this location is below average. It wasn’t dirty, but I would definitely use dingy as a descriptor. Service was extremely slow («Am I in a time warp» sort of slow), unfriendly and seemingly clueless. Ultimately, the ice cream tasted good, so I can’t really complain.

I’ve been to this DQ 4 or 5 times and tonight will be my last. The first time I was there, they were confused on how to make an Arctic Rush float (it’s on their menu), screwed it up and then made it with just a little bit of ice cream. My last time, tonight, my Butterfinger blizzard had just enough Butterfinger to qualify as having any at all. The drive-​through always takes forever to get through and the wait is never worth it.
From now on, I’ll just drive the extra distance to Handel’s. The only reason this location gets one star is because Unilocal makes me select one.

This is one of the worst establishments I’ve ever been to that it’s almost funny. Every one working here seems to be hardly 16 and are rude and seem to have no discipline. I’ve never had a problem with the quality of food, however the wait is forever. The workers seem always chaotic as if they have no idea what they’re doing half the time. I hope management whips this place into shape.
