Better places to go are Dormont Appliance and Danielles Appliance. This place just isn’t worth it. While seemingly friendly, incompetence rules and problem resolution is ferociously elusive. Don’t trust what is spoken — get it in writing! The delivery crew they sent were nice enough but they too were scratching their heads in despair about how such an easy order could possibly get so screwed up. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
