There is a line of nine people in front of me, and only one person working. It’s 1:00 p.m. on a Saturday. I am NOTIMPRESSED.

This shop is tucked into the Cranberry Mall by the theatre and the dry cleaners. A destination area for sure. Standards were fine; great parking since this is a major shopping mall. Food was credible for a subway. Issue here is how far away from the road the place is. Sheetz is right on Freedom Road at a stop light. Competition with their own brand of make your own will be interesting to watch play out. f8 and be there.

Well it’s Subway. I went last night and it took the kid a good while to put ham on the bread. He might’ve been new, but I have never seen anyone have so much trouble with putting a sandwich together. Then while I was eating in the dining room one of the guys got out a ladder to clean the wall and started spaying horrible smelling chemicals. I felt bad for the people having their sandwiches made. The spray had to be getting in their food. But in the end it was a decent sandwich.

Recently very much improved in customer service. It appears all of the issues I experienced in the past have been addressed. I’m very happy with how I’ve been treated here lately. Great management.

This is the worst Subway ever! So much for«Sandwich Artists», they just throw your sub together & it is such a mess that it doesn’t even fold together. They just cut it in half that way & wrap it up so now your mayo is stuck to the paper & not your sandwich. There’s an older guy that works there that is sooo rude when you are placing your order. Instead of asking if I would like my sub toasted he just yells«TOASTED?!» Then I really made him made when I needed the 2 subs rung up separately because I was getting one for another person at work & we both had debit cards to pay for lunch. I mean really, what do you care«how» I pay, it was the middle of the afternoon & it wasn’t busy. So sorry I was such an inconvenience! Another time one of my coworkers found a hair on her sub & had to fight with corporate to get her money back. The store manager hung up on her when she started to explain the story. Ahh I could go on & on! Never will eat there again!
