TJ Maxx

I would say they’ve had some good selection here for current home trends. That’s what I mostly purchase here is home décor and sometimes clothes and gifts. The children’s section also has a good variety of clothes. Not a lot of miscellaneous baby stuff like washcloths, bibs.
The customer service has been ok but inconsistent (depends on the associate). I contemplated giving this location a 4 – 5 star based on an impressive associate who recognized that i might need a shopping cart, and she offered to get one for me. Wish I knew her name, but then there are some younger associates at the register who gave me pretty bad service. As in making smart comments and some won’t even smile or greet you, but I always do the smiling and greeting first anyway.
The other star has been subtracted because I don’t know why they have a tjmaxx rewards card separate from a credit card rewards when there’s really no perks to the non-​credit card rewards other than possibly selling my e-​mail address and never failing to send junk emails.
The associates at the registers will ask you if you want to join because it’s a «rewards card,»
and then if you do have it, they remind you that you don’t really need to show it bc there are no perks. Again, isn’t this false advertising or am I the one wrong to assume «rewards» mean something?

Clean, helpful and found what I was looking for. My teenager loves this store… Not sure it save’s us money. We buy more!

Oh no… I started working near this TJMaxx only last week and have already discovered how dangerous it can be! I had heard from friends that there was a *magical* location in Cranberry but really had no reason in the past to make a 40 minute drive to see if they were right. Well… today I confirmed that they were telling the truth.
The store initially does not look as large or impressive as you would expect. However, quality product is packed into this place. Compared to other locations, I felt like there was a lot fewer of those junky items lying around and getting in the way of the good stuff.
First, I discovered a purple Camelbak water bottle and some purple Skull Candy headphones. These items will be accompanying me to my office to keep me both hydrated and sane!
My husband and I also grabbed some things for the house — 3 new pillows for the family room sofa, a large basket to hold the numerous blankets in our family room, and one or two other items. (Even though it was just last night I somehow can’t remember?)
While heading to the checkout, we walked past the incredible Runway section of the store. I was walking — blinked twice — and turned around. Did that handbag just have a Chloe tag on it? I looked at the price tag… $ 999. I then noticed a stash of Diane von Furstenberg shoes on the same fixture.
All that to say, if you’re looking for a TJMaxx location with amazing product and/​or a store that sells Bloomingdale’s/Saks brands at a discount, check out this store.

This TJ Maxx is the best in the area! I just scored two pairs of black suede Nine West pumps, an amazing pair of Coach fur booties, and a fabulous Marc New York winter coat!
The store has added an amazing collection of designer labels called «The Runway,» so check it out! You won’t be disappointed!

I’ve run hot and cold on TJ Maxx for years. Lately I’ve been on a hot streak! Over the past few months I’ve found some great bargains in this fun little hodgepodge store that seems to be stocked suddenly with some really great bargain home goods, exercise goodies, clothes for both men and women, purses & my new favorite, discounted pet toys & products.
The store and in particular the fitting rooms seem cleaner and better lighted than in years past. Thumbs up that they also fixed their old check out nightmares of years past by offering next available cashier check out lines.

This TJ Maxx is not the biggest of their stores but it still packs a punch. They have a bit of everything: Bedding, shoes, purses, perfume, clothing, and furniture. They are constantly moving merchandise so there is always something new every time I stop here.
Dressing rooms are clean here and the staff is pretty nice too.
My favorite part of my shopping trip is how they always ask if I want to finance a three dollar shirt.

I stopped into this store to do a bit of shopping on my trip from Maryland to Canada. I didn’t find too much, though I focused my attention on housewares and not clothing.
The store was well kept and fairly busy for a weekday, late afternoon.
Cashier was polite and efficient and the line moved well.
No complaints.
