Pizza Hut

Pizza Hut was one of my favorite pizza places until I ordered from this shop. First the special I ordered online and was called 15 mins later to tell me they didn’t have the waffle fries I wanted. The employee asked me if I would accept something else instead to fulfill my order. After he read off items I chose garlic bread with cheese. At this point they decided to charge me more money. After fighting with him for a few minutes he relented and said wouldn’t charge me more. When my food arrived the wings were tiny with barely any sauce on them. The ranch dressing I ordered was nonexistent. And then the garlic bread with cheese had no cheese. I filled out survey and was told I would be called. That never happened. So fast forward 6 months not ordering from pizza Hut my kids begging me to order it so I give them another chance by messaging the company again. I was guided to same dumb survey page. This time district manager calls me to apologize for my experience and offers me a gift card for my inconvenience and to get me to try them again. That was a month ago. I guess they don’t follow through on promises or care about their customers. Domino’s and other pizza places that appreciate my business it is.

Worst Pizza Hut experience of all time. Ordered the individual wing meal the tiny breaded wings had maybe one bite of chicken underneath all the thick breading. No blue cheese or ranch dipping sauce for the wings and the fries were fried to a crisp, maybe call them chips because there was nothing tender about them. I didn’t get a picture of the disappointment called «wings and fries» but even the cinnamon sticks I ordered were burnt and it looks like they put random end pieces in my box… I expected it to be low quality already but I spent $ 20 on garbage…

They have an app that you can use to order your pizza. It’s a blessing. I click on the Cranberry location, choose what time to pick it up, and stop to pick it up on the way home. There is never a wait, my order is on time, and the order is never messed up.
If you use the app you can also see the specials they have. They have more than they rattle off on the phone when you call. When you call please know what location this is. Instead of the store answering, you get a Pizza Hut hotline which sends the order into the store for you. If you do not know the address, I have had some of the operators try to place my order with other nearby locations.
This location only offers delivery and carryout. There is no dine in at this location.

It took over an hour to get our order. It arrived cold. We got zero help from two calls to the store. Order from someone, anyone else. It couldn’t be any worse that the poor service and food from this location.

After a 13 hour drive, we were hungry, tired, and ready to get out of the car.
I called the Pizza Hut next door to the hotel. I was told it would be 30 min. 10 min later i walked over to go our pizza. I was too hungry to wait. and when i got there, there was a bit of a wait for someone to realize i was there. but he was friendly once he realized I had walked in.
the pizza was well, pretty standard pizza. funny thing is i ask for parmesean cheese and found it when i went to do my laundry today.

I am always amazed how quickly this store can throw my favorite pizza together. I can be just up the street, (Rt. 19), in slow moving traffic and they can have my last minute, spur of the moment decision pizza ready by the time I get there. The pizzas are always hot, the crust is always very crispy, (I get the thin crust) and perfectly baked. The quality is very consistent. And the prices are great. Best fast food in all of Cranberry Twp.
