This was the third time that our family has used Windsor for a move. Owner Mitch Einstein is very knowledgeable and helpful and easy to reach and to communicate with. The team we have worked with most is supervisor Thomas with John Esaw Jackson Petey and Rick work very hard and very fast. Our moves have been pretty complicated with multiple destinations hard-to-access driveway lots of odd belongings, but the crew is capable, has good judgment, and is careful not to break anything. They are also a pleasure to work with, patient, sense of humor, trying hard to please, even under difficult circumstances. Friendly and professional. We would definitely work with them again and recommend them to family and friends.

This is a mixed review. The employees, the people who actually moved us, were excellent. They were efficient, courteous, a pleasure from beginning to end. The owner of this company is shady, though. One example. When my husband and I signed the contract for the move, we were explicitly told that packing was included in the price. When we received the bill, presented to us by the wonderful supervisor of this moving crew, who was then placed in a very uncomfortable position, $ 1600 (!!)) had been added to price for packing. If you use this company, be very sure to read the fine print and clarify all details. I can highly recommend the crew who moved us, though
