This is My First Time Writing a Review. Dr. Eidus was Great. My Husband and I had Our yearly Physical Today. At the New Office on South Ave E in Cranford. The Office is Super Clean. The Staff is Helpful, Professional and Friendly. Dr. Eidus took the time we needed. He is down to earth and Explains Everything. My Husband and I had separate appointments and My Husband feels the same way. We are Happy :)

Why is it that when we have a great customer experience we keep it to ourselves? When the experience is negative, we hop right on Unilocal and tell the world? I just left Dr. Eidus’ office and decided I would share my experience with this solid doc. I have been a patient of Dr. Eidus for several years. He came referred to me by a specialist I was seeing when looking for a new GP. Yes, healthcare is changing. Access is tougher because doctors have more demands on them than ever before and they have been mandated to convert to electronic medical records and lean on staff more than ever. This office has led the pack in the inevitable transition to EMR and although computers can be frustrating and daunting, electronics will never replace what a great doctor can do. A holistic evaluation. What I can say, is that once you make an appointment and sit in front of Dr. Eidus himself, you will be getting top notch care. I call him my air traffic control. He looks at the patient as a whole and considers all possible options instead of taking the easy route or a biased one. He is smart. Even-keeled. He catches things that other doctors(even specialists) have missed. He is well respected by his peers and is a leader in the medical community. He has the perfect blend of old-fashioned doctor demeanor while remaining cutting edge and current. Most of all, I trust him. As with any great relationship, getting to know one another takes time. He makes the time. Will you?

HORRIFIC. Never even saw the doctor. We queued for 10 minutes waiting for practice to be opened by late staff. Then I was told the bloods I was scheduled to have taken would not happen because I didn’t fast. NOONETOLDMETOFAST. Then I was told the physician wouldn’t even see me at my upcoming appointment because he’d be traveling. Worst managed office I have ever encountered. Never again.

This is quite possibly the worst and most inflexible doctors office we have ever come across. They have a computerized registration process that takes longer and is clunky. We had well visits scheduled for our two youngest kids and called to get a sick visit for mom right after. So appointments at 3:45, 4:15 and 4:30. My wife arrived at 3:48, stood in line to register for a few minutes and then was greeted by a receptionist who told her she was late and was going to have to forfeit one of the kids appointments. This receptionist than pushed past our family to get to the nurse to tell her to only look at one child and stood in the hallway whispering about my wife(within earshot) to another nurse. My wife, who was not feeling well and was there for an appointment, began to get upset so the doctor came over. When my wife explained to the doctor that she was only a few minutes late and that she stood behind a man at the desk for a while the receptionist came over to say that she was lying! A doctors office receptionist calls a patient a liar about standing behind someone at the desk. Funny thing is, my wife knows the guys name, where he had his blood drawn, what they were testing for and when he was supposed to get his results. If she was lying about standing behind this guy, how the heck is she going to know all that. We will never go this rotten office again!
