Incompetent and unhelpful. I advise avoiding this store if you value your shipment. The girl gave me the wrong facts, showed no inclination to help and offended me to boot. I tried to check on a package of Christmas gifts dropped off for shipment last Saturday. The young woman behind the counter told me it was delivered the next day. then changed her mind when pressed to say it had been returned to Cranford the store of origin. (Note these are individual franchises not owned by the company.) After a whispered phone consultation she handed me a box I had not wrapped insisting my recipient had opened and repacked the contents. The UPS label was clearly marked damaged. Finally I raised my voice to pierce the denseness of her thought and lack of response. Her answer, I will not help you I feel threatened. Items were missing. Most of the rest of the items covered in oil, a clearly spoiled Christmas for my family. A call to UPS headquarters indicated the company knew they had damaged the box and a claim could be placed. I was not notified of this at Cranford and not even told the box was returned. At the very least the place is unreliable and untrustworhy. It was not the damage that was at issue for me, it was the utterly miserable level of service. and lack of concern. Other nearby UPS outlets have provided far superior service.

7stars if Unilocal allowed… did a beautiful job wrapping up 15x paintings… better than if I would have done it myself, so nice to see that they really took ownership and pride to make sure the paintings made it safely.

No complaints at all ~ have used them several times and been fully satisfied. Convenient large parking lot since there are several businesses in this«strip mall».
