This place is aptly named in that it’s actually in an attic. The owner lives downstairs, and the access to the store is by a outdoor staircase on the side of the house. Inside the place is small with low ceilings, but the space is used well. The prices are reasonable. There’s very few larger items, but a cute assortment of knick knacks — there’s a whole selection of salt and pepper shakers that are wicked cute. The best thing about this place is the outdoor décor. There is no way you can drive past this place and not notice it. The front porch of the house is decorated with as many nods to RI as possible — and a few other interesting sights as well. I don’t think there’s a way to fully describe to you how kitschy it is. Parking is a little bit of an issue — you need to park on the side street, but to do so you sort of have to be on people’s lawns. Not really a fan of that.
