We ordered eight arrangements from this florist for my grandmother’s funeral-​casket flowers, two urns, two sprays, two wreaths, and a vase arrangement (totally $ 2300.00). Four of the eight (urns and wreaths) arrived and were fine but the other arrangements were horrible. I had given them pictures of the casket flowers that we wanted. Paid $ 600 just for the casket flowers alone. They were absolutely not what was discussed. We asked for lots of flowers and very little greens. I went in and spoke to them twice about the casket flowers specifically. We were promised it would be wonderful. The casket arrangement arrived and had very little flowers and lots of greens. That was the most important piece and we were truly disappointed. The other arrangements had many flowers that were dead and wilted. Some white hydrangeas were brown. I called and left messages. They were able to come and fix some of the arrangements but at a time of mourning and loss, this was the last thing we wanted to deal with. My grandmother’s wake was two days long. By the morning of the second day, we had to purchase $ 200 more worth of flowers to replace the dead roses and flowers in all of the arrangements. Even the funeral workers remarked that they’ve never seen flowers die that fast. I felt obligated to write this review. With such a large order and at a time of loss, you would expect to receive what you paid for. You’re given promises and told if you want it heavy with flowers and more full, you’ll have to spend more, which we did and were more than happy to do so. This order was so upsetting. I was crying over my grandmother and then to see the dying, wilted arrangements just added more stress that I didn’t need. I do not want this to happen to any other customers. Please go elsewhere.

Placed an order online, called hours later to confirm, and was told, «We can’t do that same day.» Glad I called, as the website left the impression the order was taken and would be completed.
