Employees SHOULDNOT look up their customers on social media. I went in there to pay my bill and make a change on my account. I had someone from the store look me up on social media(S). How dare you think it’s right to take business information for your personal uses. This is definitely a law suit somewhere! To make matters worst I think he sent me some messages.

I went in there this morning for my 10am appointment that was set up with an AT&T rep over the phone yesterday. I asked who do I speak with if I have an appointment and the gentlemen said me. He never asked for my name to verify the appointment and said said there’s no appointment set up. I proceeded to show him the text and email confirmation I received from AT&T with my appointment time and location. He then proceeded to tell me they could not help me with what I needed there even though I advised I spoke with someone from AT&T and they noted the account and told me I could resolve the issue at the store. Then I did his job and called AT&T myself and they fixed it while I was on the phone in less than 30 minutes. The manager nor the rep at the store apologize for the mistake. I pretty much solved my own problem and they stood by and watched. Maybe if they would have taking a second to read the notes on the account they would have been able to help me but hey customer service is dead. They expect the customers to do the work for them even though the customer is the paying the bill.
