I look forward every year to come here during the Halloween season. I have been coming here since I was younger and not much changed but it still makes for a good time. Halloween season here is amazing, and it does become really packed! You will see how packed it is, they have even extended their parking lot because the front lot and the streets are always full. They have free hayrides where you can go pumpkin picking, and they also have rides for kids. The pumpkins this year were .75 per pound and there aren’t many rides like there used to be, but for what it’s worth it’s cute. They also have a haunted hayride/haunted corn maze I haven’t grew up that much for it yet(I’m 24), it’s too scary from what I heard haha! But when you’re on the daytime hayride you can seen the scenery and it looks amazing for the night time scares. Maybe I’ll grow up one day and put on my big girl pants and go! I love this farm and no they don’t have animals at this locations it’s still enjoyable for a family day out, for all ages.

We had lunch here. Had the sausage and pepper sandwich, rest the family had chicken, meatball sandwich, Veges and everything was excellent. Nice ambience as well sitting outside with the pretty plants. We will definitely be coming back here.

This is a cute place– loved the farmers market and wish we had been able to take advantage. I liked the tractor ride to go pumpkin picking and I was impressed with how much land they have. Definitely lots to do and eat for the kids– just be wary of bees(they can’t help this but it was just tough with so many people around).

Well if using a Groupon you must spend more than the value… IMy purchase came to 19.80 and the owner would not accept the Groupon, she said I had to spend 20.00 or more. She wouldn’t let me slide for 20 cents, made me spend an additional 3.00 over my Groupon amount, also was extremely unfriendly“kind of miserable”…I will not shop here in the future. So for 20 cents you lost a few customers…

Very sweet workers. Old fashioned type feel in this market(hold doors open, help describe produce/recipes). Delicious and fresh local and organic vegetables and fruits. Love this place.

I have been visiting Confreda Farms for years. Between their amazing corn selection and the tractor rides to go pumpkin picking, Confreda truly represents the farm-to-table movement(and fun for the whole family!). As someone actually from Cranston, Confreda is by far the most convenient farm for me to visit to buy local produce. I don’t do it often enough, but when I do it definitely makes me feel all warm and tingly inside! I have not yet experienced the corn maze, but I do hope to try it one of these days.

Great selection of holiday décor… trees, wreaths, etc… but they also have AMAZING pies! I highly recommend the Apple, Cookies and Cream, Coconut Custard, or Zucchini bread. All were delicious and worth going back for. I always stop in during the holiday season!

Confreda is an RI classic. In the fall it’s a pumpkin patch and haunted hayride establishment, but it the summer it transforms in to a vibrant and lush greenhouse/farm. The plant life and fresh local produce can rarely be matched by the surrounding competitors, although most farms in the area do have great product. Purchased a lovely, locally grown Asian eggplant & Summer Squash yesterday… All were fresh and delicious. There are also sandwiches and baked goods– so you can definitely make this your«lunchtime» stop as you cruise the farmlands of Scituate Ave/Plainfield Pike. Sit outside at one of the picnic tables and make a day of it!

This is an awesome farm and greenhouse. From local produce, to fresh baked goods and flowers for the yard, this place is sure to please. I went to Confreda Farms last night for Ladies Night Out. One of the best things about this place is their ability to host fun events. For a $ 10 donation you could walk around and sample food from local food, wine and beer vendors. The event took place on their grounds and in the greenhouse. Other than fundraisers, they have classic car nights, a corn maze and hay rides to keep you busy. The farm has a wide variety of produce available. I saw huge tomatoes, peppers, watermelons, peaches, summer squashes and squash flowers. The premade goods were tasty too. The cinnamon bread was very good! They do a great job of keeping people updated on what is going on at the farm. The website has what they are growing, specials and events listed. It is frequently updated!
