I typically venture here once or twice a week for Happy Meals for my children. My son asked to go to breakfast there yesterday morning. I wanted something somewhat healthy for myself and I tried the sausage burrito. When I was almost finished with the first of two burritos, I discovered I had a foreign object in my mouth. It was the torn top of either a ketchup or one of the sauce packets that they have. The tops of the packets I had were still connected and not torn off. So it was not from one of the ketchup or sauce packets I had. I brought it to the manger’s attention. I was not interested in replacing the sandwich, etc. The response was«I don’t know how that would get in there, let me replace it for you. I reiterated I was not looking for anything, and just wanted to bring to their attention. The manager insisted that I accept another burrito. I took it home and gave to my husband after explaining the story to him. I will not order one of the burritos again.
