Called Shear Dimensions multiple times trying to book an appointment with a groupon I received as a gift. They kept asking me to call back because the therapist was booked and unable to squeeze me in. A week before my groupon expired and I explained this to the therapist she said there was nothing she could do. However, she would conveniently be available the following Saturday, which just happens to be the day after the value of my groupon expired. She said I could pay the difference for the massage out of pocket. This defeats the whole purpose of my groupon, I rather have the money go to waste than do business with Shear Dimensions. Very unsatisfied.
