I have to be honest and say I’ve never been a big Walgreens fan. Today, Peggy in cosmetics changed that for me. SUCH a kind and helpful person, she is a credit to the company and I hope her manager realizes it. I stopped in at lunchtime and she took the time to ask if I needed help, offered to ring me up in the cosmetics department as there was a line at the front register, and even took the time to look for a coupon on one of my items, from what looked like her own private stash of coupons. I see in another review that M.F. had the same experience I did. Yes, that is Peggy she’s referring to (must be, how many helpful blondes can one cosmetics dept have?).

I would recommend this pharmacy to anyone everyone here are super nice and courteous they are always willing to go above and beyond to help the customer, I used to go to the Walgreens on Elmwood and stop going there because of all the uneducated people they have working there.

I wanted to share my fabulous experience… I cannot say enough about how amazing the women in the cosmetic department (I did not catch her name, but she was blonde) was on my visit Wednesday 1.22.14. The women who was running the department was so friendly and went above and beyond searching for coupons and making my experience as easy as possible. I do not even remember ever speaking to anyone at a pharmacy in my life, but her kindness should not go unnoticed. Thank you and whenever I need any personal items I will be sure to go back and visit.
