Closest DD in a desolate area. The staff is friendly but the lines are always long. It is the only DD on the way to the Turnpike from Hornerstown and Cream Ridge.

If it was possible to give no stars, I would. I love Dunkin donuts and I get coffee everyday. I never have problems anywhere but this location. They don’t take some coupons on the app that EVERYOTHERLOCATIONTAKES. They also never do the same promotions so when I’d go expecting to get the 99 cent dark roast I’d be rudely told at the window that they«don’t do that here». They mess up my order every time and are super rude about it when I ask for it to be fixed. Like its my fault you don’t know what skim milk is and think I’m too stupid to tell the difference between that and half and half. I hate this location and I will not go back. Oh and just be aware, they don’t take the Eagles win you win coupon on the app, apparently so don’t even try because not only will they yell at you that they don’t take it, but they will also proceed to let you activate it anyway though so you can’t use it anywhere else, the rare times that the Eagles actually do win.

This place has problems. I have gotten more screwed up and bad coffee orders from this DD then any other DD I have been to. You can count on being disappointed. Hope for mediocrity and maybe you’ll get lucky. Obvious management issues. No synchronicity whatsoever.

As Eddie said, most Dunkin Donuts run very well but this one is awful! Whenever I stop at this location there is a very long line at the drive-thru. It’s better if you just go inside, because at least that way you can get your order within 10 minutes. I’ve kept track of how long it takes and oftentimes people who go inside and who place their order AFTER I place mine at the drive-thru leave sooner. When it’s finally my turn at the window I can see the workers standing there talking to each other while the line gets longer. Everyone is better off getting breakfast somewhere else, as it doesn’t seem like DD is even listening to reviews and making a change. Eddie L. made a comment in 2010 about how inefficient this location is and it seems like there has been NO change.

I had a great experience here. My daughter and I went through the drive through for coffee and donuts. To our surprise, The lady in the car ahead of us paid our bill for us! We ‘paid it forward’ to the car behind us. Don’t understand the not-so-hot reviews below?(There kind of old). We go here all the time and find the staff to be efficient and friendly.

IMO not managed well. Dunkin Donuts is a great place, but not this location. I try to avoid it, since I’ve had one too many bad experiences. *drive-thru has messed up our order several times, I’ve seen flies swarming in the donut case, quite often they don’t have my favorite donuts/filled vanilla & peanut butter(I was told they only make certain donuts at this location, the rest are made at another and brought in, therefore, /probally the reason for inconsistency in freshness. I’ve gotten stale donuts. The parking lot can be congested.

This place is a mess on most days. You will wait a long time… get the wrong items and there is no consistency in how they do things. Some days my coffee taste great and others I just throw it away. Ask for Splenda and you will get regular sugar. You best bet is to get your coffee black and do it yourself

Most Dunkin Donut shops I’ve come in contact with are models of efficiency. This one is NOT! We ate inside once and it was a nightmare. We put in our order, that included some breakfast sandwiches, etc. and waited, and waited, and waited. When I asked what’s up with our order it seems they had just forgotten to start on some of it, There were three of us, and NOBODY else in the place! There are like 5 tables there and every one was covered with debris and unwiped for who knows how long. There was garbage all over the floor everywhere by these tables. What a freaking mess! Though I wasn’t ordering any I noticed they had like 2 donuts in those bins they have that are usually full in the other DDs I’ve been to. Weird. Finally, after another wait, I asked again what’s up? The girl tells me they had two items ready but had forgotten the third. when it was finally ready they brought it over with a refund so it was free, but I would have rather paid and gotten my order right the first time. Early today, about 7:30AM on a Saturday, we hit the drive thru hoping it would be more efficient. There was only one car ahead of us as far as I could see. Ordered ONE breakfast sandwich, hash browns and a beverage at the drive thru speaker. Pulled up to the window and the girl there asked me for my order again. So I repeated it. She came back and asked me to pull around to the back door to get my order. When I tried there were two other cars parked somewhat haphazardly waiting there already. They were NOT busy, WTF! Then a dude came out to my car and asked me for my order again! I told him and he walked in the door, stopped and came back to get it again. No lie! Four times to order one freakin egg and cheese croissant! It would have been funny if it wasn’t so sad. This place is the worst managed DD in history. I want some of what the staff there is smoking, it was like Dunkin Donuts run by Cheech and Chong.
