I have been a member of Curves since 2007. This Curves has been through several changes. At first the only thing you would do would be to go around the circuit for strength building. Yes it was a complete body workout and it only took 30 minutes. Now they offer many new classes. In the classes you work on strengthening your muscles, balance and stability, and cardio. I get to spice up my workouts by trying a balance class, or a basic core class that works on the upper, core, and lower body. Then if I really want to challenge my muscles, I try a Jillian Michaels’ class. At least once a week, I get to do Curves Circuit with Zumba, The amazing thing to me is that I get strength building on the machine and exercises in between the machine and it only takes 30 minutes. Most of all I love the encouragement you get from the staff. I would highly recommend Curves to anyone.
