Pizza Hut

I have been ordering delivery from these guys for years. They are always on time. They made a mistake on my order once, didn’t bring one of the pizzas, but they came back with it immediately.
The pizza and wings are always, fresh and tasty. We all love the stuffed crust!!!

Needs a serious overhaul and clean up! The pizza is awesome, but the cleanliness of the restaurant is atrocious. Dust bunnies on grease stuck to the wall, nasty flooring, and some of the staff are very unkempt. Just sayin’.

I wish I had read the reviews before stopping here. We were traveling on 85 and needed a quick stop. We got there at luck time and there were only two other tables. I thought that was strange for lunchtime but we sat down to order.
Our waitress was terrible. We ordered three drinks, a large pizza and an order of wings. We never got drink refills. Even after our pizza was brought out and we asked for more. The wings were hard and dry. We couldn’t eat them. We would have told our waitress but she never came back to our table. We had to go up and get our check and take home boxes.
When we were paying the person at the register asked how our food tasted. We explained the wing situation. He didn’t seem surprised. He just said yeah, well we won’t charge you. Gee, thanks considering they were not edible.
If your traveling on 85 and looking for a quick meal avoid this place.

It is a Pizza Hut so don’t expect five star pizza. As for service I was greeted by a pleasant lady by the name of Cynthia who truly had a servant heart. She genuinely cared about her guest.
The pizza was average just like one would expect from a buffet at 11:30 in the morning but better than Cici’s pizza.
As for the restroom it was clean and had hot water so that was a major plus.

Delivery minimum is $ 12.00, competing Domino’s is $ 10.00. This location has had sanitation grade issues and customer service issues in the past, and we usually avoid it. We were going to give them another shot on a large pizza, but due to the $ 10.00 special they are running, it did not qualify for delivery. Back to Domino’s we go.

This Pizza Hut is consistently dirty. The tables are often sticky and have crumbs on them. Half of the plates on the buffet have bits left on them from the dishwasher.
Today, the spinach on the buffet appeared rotten — black and gooey. Near the beginning of my meal, I told both the cashier and my server that it needed to be replaced, but as I left the rotten spinach was still on the buffet.
The pizza is fine. Typical greasy Pizza Hut pizza. But that’s just the way I like it sometimes.
The staff were friendly, quick with the water and pizza, but clearly not with ensuring the salad bar was fresh. The pizza on the buffet kept coming though.

Rude service over the phone, when I answered a question of theirs with an upward inflection in my voice because I was unsure, the lady responded rudely with «Are you asking me or telling me?» As I was giving her my name, I’m pretty sure I wasn’t asking.
When I arrived to pick up my pizza and later went to a show that night, I returned home to a pizza with several pubic hairs in 3 slices, I called the next day in regards to this, they asked me to bring the pizza to them so they could compare the alleged hairs to their staff to see if I was lying or not. Whatever, put your customers in a better light of respect instead of trying to prove something. Never going back.

Service was horrible and the food wasnt that great either.

I’ve taken my daughter here a few times to cash in on her «free pizza» coupon for doing reading at school. The service is generally okay, nothing spectacular, and the food is your average Pizza Hut fare. Nothing fancy, just about what you would expect from a small town franchise of a national chain.
While it’s not bad, I an almost guarantee it’s going to be a recipe for T-​U-​M-​S. A certain local non-​chain competitor has much better pizza.
I’d like to give it a 2 ½ for being okay but average, however, I can’t bring myself to give it 3 stars.
