I started training with Sue in August 2015. In just 4 short months I am 40lbs down and I have lost a lot of inches and gained a lot of confidence. She gives you the tools you need to lose weight. She will help you with your diet and a workout plans for the days you are not training with her. What I like most about it is that she has been in my shoes before. She knows what it’s like to struggle with weight so she can help you when you fall off or feel like quiting. She has been an inspiration to me and has help me change my life. I am doing things I would have never dreamed of doing.
