I have been a customer of Whitco for 7 years. They have never had a set schedule. The person who serviced my house would call me and say«your service is due, if I don’t hear back from you I will come tomorrow and if you’re not home I will just spray the outside of your home». I was fine with that even though it was never consistant. I never knew when he would be coming in advance butI knew that he would come every 3 months or so. Well lately he’s been telling me that he hasn’t been able to get a hold of me… 1– he knows where I live 2– I wrote both of my numbers on the check the last time he serviced my house I found his card on my door when I came home about a week ago with a note saying that he had been trying to reach me but had no contact number. I’ve been busy so I just called him last night. When he returned my call this morning he tells me «it has been 6 months since my last service(It actually has been 5 months) and so he needs to ‘renew’ my contract for an additional $ 120.00 + the usual $ 75.00»! REALLY So they get 1 star, for inconsistancy, poor communication skills, horrible customer service and for trying to rip me off!!! Needless to say, I told them not to bother coming since they already cancelled my service. I will find someone else to do my exterminating.
