AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Send $ 2000 wool coat purchased less than a year ago to be cleaned. Received back a coat that looked like it was worth $ 50. AVOID AVOID AVOID. The silk inside the jacket is no longer silk. My jacket is now ruined. Please avoid at all costs.

Dropped off some of my husband’s suits and shirts prior to a last minute business trip, and had trouble explaining to the woman at the counter that I needed them by early the following week. Really went back and forth several times over this, and I offered to pay for next day service, just to ensure they were done quickly.
Staff member called to say that, due to snow, they might not have the clothes ready, but they wouldn’t know until the next day. I explained that I needed the cleaning done, having pre-​paid for the service, and the staff member became irate and abusive, and actually screamed at me on the phone. I had to calm her down to get her to agree to provide the service I’d already paid for, just out of desperation.
I picked up the suits and the shirts; the pressing work was mediocre and the shirts were covered in lint, but I didn’t bother to point it out. It was already clear that customer service isn’t much of a priority.
I would never return to this cleaner. Very disappointing experience.
