This pizza is pretty decent. I’d give four stars but unfortunately you never know when they are going to close. If they are slow they close early as I’ve been told on the phone a couple of times. Not so reassuring when u have a craving. I would rate this pizza a step above Pizza Hut quality. It’s not bad as the ingredients taste fresh. The crust does have that pre made feel to it but I love it anyway. They do cook the pizza a little on the well done side which is fine with me. If you don’t want that browned look ask them to cook it a little less. The people on the phone are always friendly so the customer service is a plus. The pizza makers can be inconsistent. For the inconsistency and accuracy of hours I gave three stars instead of four. Try them out if you are looking for a quick fix.

Évaluation du lieu : 1 Crest Hill, IL
We haven’t ordered Marchelloni pizza in Crest Hill in over 6 or 7 years due to several bad experiences, but a friend suggested we give it another try. She said that the Marchelloni in Joliet was always good, but because it was on our way, we ordered from the Crest Hill location to take it to our friends. First of all, it’s not a sit down restaurant — you can carry out or they deliver. My first bad sign was when walking through the door I noticed it was dark and dingy. Now, when a takeout business is not lit well, I always feel there’s a reason. It felt unclean. I guess I should have opened the box and checked the pizza before leaving because it was burned, which ruined the taste of it. My friend called to complain and was told that they could remake it but we’d have to pick it up in 45 minutes. They wouldn’t give a refund. We threw out the pizza and ordered from pizza from another restaurant instead of going back there. That was definitely our last time ordering from them. Never again.
