I came here for rehab after surgery for a torn ACL on my doctor’s advice/insistence. Janelle, my therapist did a great job putting me back together. Janelle is part drill sergeant, part cheerleader, part chum. She knows her stuff and pays attention to how my body responds to treatment. She is a tough taskmaster with a gentle manner. From what I can tell, that seems to be the way with all the therapists. Psysiotherapy is located up a narrow flight of stairs, which seems weird at first, until you get to take the cool electric chair ride to the top. No fears about coming here if you can’t do stairs. It is always bustling. I have come to think of it as the town social center because on any given day, I see 2 or 3 people I know. From a distance it looks a little chaotic, but I’ve never had to wait for my appointment. Susie at the front has been great about working with my insurance company and texting appointment reminders. No one wants to have to come to physical therapy, but if you have to, this is about as good as it gets.
