Elk Creek Winery

A year ago, my friend and I went to the Elk Creek Vineyards in Owenton, Kentucky and really enjoyed their wines. We want to go back but it’s a pretty good hike to get there. So when we heard that there is an Elk Creek Winery store in the Crestview Hills Town Center, we definately got excited that we did not have to drive far to enjoy their wines. This small boutique store sells most of the wines that they carry at the vineyards.
They have their dry/​sweet red wines, Orchard Creek Fruit Wines, Estate Wines. All ranging from $ 10.99+. This location also offers Wine flight tastings starting at $ 11.00+.
The set up of the store is really small and simple. You walk in and it looks like a gift shop. They sell everything from wine glasses, artisan cheese, t-​shirts, etc. They have tables in the back to enjoy your glass of wine.
I also noticed that they offer paint nights! That is definately something I want to look into and try.
If you like Elk Creek Wines and don’t want to drive the extra miles to Owenton, come to this location!

This is a wonderful place for a wine tasting. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Riesling is the best I have ever tasted. Very accommodating to groups.

This location is much more spacious than their former location in the Florence mall. Samples and tastings are available.
I belong to their club, so when I pick up my quarterly wines, I get a class for me and a guest. Its nice to have a place to sit (the former location had no seating).
The staff is also knowledgeable and friendly.
