If I could rate this store a negative 5 stars, I would. Their customer service is TERRIBLE. My fiancé and I purchased suits for all of our groomsmen and fathers for our Wedding. They kept messing up the orders and measurements. Each time I would call to talk to someone, they couldn’t find my file and basically had NO clue what I was talking about. For a Bride planning a Wedding, this is NOT comforting. We are now less than 3 months from my Wedding, and they’ve ‘forgotten’ to order my Father’s suit. So, here we are, with a discontinued suit, and no way to get one. What did they offer us? For him to come back in and get measured. When I explained that he lives hours away and that wasn’t going to be possible in the coming weeks, the guy literally said to me «If he can’t make it out of the house to do that, tell him to wrap a tape measure around his neck.» Really? This is what you give to me? After spending a lot of money there, it’s very disappointing to have this type of customer service. I’m also sick to my stomach over the fact that I’m a Wedding Planner, and I have recommended these guys to a few Brides. And now I will be concerned if they will receive the same service. I’ve always told my Brides ‘You get what you pay for.’ And I would think that paying a lot of money for suits would get you great service. But I stand corrected. If you’re looking at purchasing suits for your wedding — head to Nordstrom Rack — I’ve had great experiences there and they do alterations, as well! I would NEVER go into this store. You will regret it, just like me. :/

I have been shopping here with my dad for 10 years, now my finance and I shop for clothes for him there on a regular basis… Usually we love the workers, however we had the worst customer service today by a young man who I have never seen in there who seemed to be incoherent. He couldn’t even put three shirts in a bag we had to help him function. Completely appalled and dissatisfied. We will not be returning.

Never been here before. Figured it would be like the fancy chick stores. Like the commercials depict… Small selection, no on site Taylor, two week turnaround for alterations. Better off going to Macy’s or any store and take it to a local Taylor like rip n stitch. For a three day turn around. I was very disappointed

Shopping for clothes for a teenaged boy is never easy but it’s even more difficult when your son is on the autism spectrum. So while we were overjoyed when our son was invited to the prom, we were nervous about getting him a tux. The staff were kind, generous and professional and made us all feel very comfortable. And my son went to the prom looking like a million bucks!

This store is terrible! Doesn’t even deserve a star! Went and got measured and paid for suits and NONE of them fit! Worst place ever!!! And we had to pay for alterations!!! Hate this place!!!

Jos. A. Bank always has deals on their suits, which is definitely a draw if you’re trying to find a good deal. Yet, that is IF they have any suits… I must say the selection was very bland and just overwhelmingly uninteresting. I don’t really have much more to say, as I left after a little help from the staff, I headed to a competitor close by and found exactly what I was looking for though. Can check my other reviews to figure out where! ;) Again, they offer good sales, and if you’re able to find a suit or sport coat you fancy, then go ahead and buy!

Jos. Bank is like the Kohl’s of suits, they have a buy one get one sale every day of the year. That would be fine, but since then, the quality of their garments has gotten worse.

My husband shopped at Jos. A. Bank when we lived in Knoxville and he’s shopped at both this location at Crestview Town Center and the location at Rookwood. I went with him to this location recently when he needed dress pants for a business trip. The service was excellent. He found a couple of pairs of pants which needed altering. The normal alteration time frame is two weeks, but when he explained he needed them more quickly, they were able to comply. Lawrence Whelp(no, not Welk) was the salesman who assisted us on this visit.
