Pinnacle Pointe

My first review was done in anger. Beth the manager is doing a good job with the problems she faces on a daily bases. Office takes care of problems in a timely manner. The grounds and apartments are well keep and the pool is very nice.
Beth worked with us on a early release of our lease. We lost our dog after 11 years and the memory of our beloved dog being walked around the complex causes us great grief, and we can not bear to live here anymore, and that is why we are leaving. We feel it is not a home but just a place to lay our heads at night.
The only negative that I have to say is the noise between apartments is not that good. Maybe putting thicker carpets between floors might greatly reduce noise between floors.

PLEASE READ! Avoid this apartment complex like the plague. If you have a noise complaint forget about it! The management will just judge you and not take care of the problem. They will tip toe around the issue. They wont leave notices or even talk to the neighbors making the noise. You have to call the police to have peace and quite. Maybe if they weren’t so cheap when they built this complex the walls wouldn’t be so thin. I can hear my neighbors TV that’s ridiculous! I can hear there conversations! They got a new manager she just sits there nothing gets done. If you go to complain she is defensive its like talking to a wall. They lie to your face it will all be taken care of when in fact as soon as you leave they are probably laughing about it. The gym is a joke it took months to get one piece of equipment done and its filthy. Literally had the same pieces of trash in one corner for months. And looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in a long time as well. Considering your rent goes towards amenities they should reduce the rent for how bad there gym is! There last manager was terrible the new one is a little better but still lazy!
