After the last few horrific pool liner installs over the years it was time to research a little deeper and find«THERIGHTONE». I started with google, BBB and Unilocal for my research and came across AAA. I called and left a message and the next day I received a call back from a very friendly lady who answered all my questions, I explained to her my problems with the last few liner installs, leaking water etc and she assured me that they will fix all of it so I went ahead and made the Appt, fast forward a few weeks and the installers were at my house and ONTIME which is a huge plus. They shook my hand, told me their names and explained to me step by step as they were tearing out the old liner and whats to be expected with the new one, as they took the old one out the entire perimeter of the pool walls near the bottom had rust which the previous installers left and installed the liner directly over the rust causing holes in the liner days after it was installed, These guys sanded the rust down and treated it the best they could with a rubber spray, they then put a few bags of sand and built up the cove a good 6 inches over the rust so the liner doesnt come in contact with the rusty wall any longer, you can CLEARLYTELL these guys know what they are doing, I was very pleased. After a few days they came back to cut out the skimmer and return, i then filled the rest of the pool and have been swimming with the family since. THANKSDAVE and crew!!! Your the best hands down.

I would give this business a ZERO star rating if I could. We bought our liner from them 3 years ago and we have had nothing but problems since day one. The first liner had holes in it from day one. I had to fight them to come out and replace it a month after it was first installed. The part-owner Dave was, to-date, the worst customer service rep I have ever dealt with in my life. He was condescending, he was rude, he antagonized arguments. He talked down to me like I was a stupid woman who married him and hated him. It was the strangest thing ever. He didn’t talk to me at all like a customer. Finally, I had to buy the website AAA Liners Sucks dot com to let him know that I was serious about them replacing it at no cost. Here we are three years later needing a replacement liner again!!! The quality of the liners they use are horrible. He said«I’m not the manufacturer, they don’t make them like they used to.» So I guess that makes him not responsible for poor quality materials they choose to use? I disagree. I don’t know how this guy can still be in business because his customer service skills were the absolute worst. I have never encountered someone so rude as service rep in my life. I really felt like he would say things that were so antagonizing and condescending to get me to the state of being irate so that he could then say I was being irrational. It was absolutely bizarre and crazy. I reported them to the BBB but I see now that Mary B had a similar experience and I want people to know there are better choices out there. .. skip this place.

Had a great experience. Everyone was very nice & liner turned out beautiful. Have dealt with many contractors over the years and rarely do I find one I would use again. I would definitely use them again.

I would highly recommend against AAA Liner Replacements. Dave, who runs the store, is incredibly rude and tries to add hundreds of dollars worth of extras after work is completed. I had my pool liner replaced and was given a price and told with that price I would get a winter cover also. When the men arrived to install the replacement liner they did not have the cover with them and they destroyed my garbage cans stuffing the old liner in it. When I asked about the pool cover I was told it was not in stock and they would mail to it me. I waited for it to be mailed and nothing came, so I called today and was shouted at by Dave and told I can pick it up and I told him that was not part of the deal and I would file a complaint since I live nowhere near the store. He proceeded to tell me the«deal is off the table.» I can not believe the horrible customer service and am thankful I did not pay cash as he was trying to have be do, since now I can block payment from my credit card.
