Great service. Really knows what he’s doing. Had two Wii U game pads that needed repairs and could not get either of them to work. He managed to swap out some parts from one to fix the other. Very fast as well.

I went to this store on a whim when my iphone broke. They stayed open 20 extra minutes to insure I got my phone back the same night. They also charged $ 30 cheaper than radioshack charged me. Every single person that was working in both locations were unbelievably nice and bent over backwards to make sure I was happy. I would recommend them to anyone.

They fixed my xbox 360 without costing an arm and a leg. The guys there are friendly, and provide great service! Definitely going to be back. Also, they have video games for all consoles. EVEN CLASSIC (Nes, Snes, n64, and more!)

I brought my Xbox 360S here when the laser died after the warranty had expired. The guys here charged me $ 65 to fix it and gave me a 90 day warranty, which was infinitely cheaper than paying $ 80 just to be able to send it to microsoft, and then additional money to actually do the work. Only trouble was that the laser they initially put in turned out to be bad, but after they tested it for themselves, they replaced it within a few days. I’m not the biggest gamer (I usually play in big blocks and then wont play for months), admittedly, I haven’t played it since the repair, just used the DVD player and netflix, but so far, no problem. I am happy and will refer them to anyone who needs electronic work done without paying an arm and a leg. They repair computers, game systems, even cell phones. Just call and ask, they are friendly and knowledgeable.

My son busted his DS and I refused to pay $ 80 to have Nintendo fix it under the warranty. I went to Game Stop and they gave me the info to Back in the Game. I walked in and sure enough… they had the part and it costs about half the price! They do repairs on computers, cell phones, game consoles and Im sure much more.
