Went in today. Girl didn’t have enough change in the change drawer, so she took it upon herself to just short me, and give me 5 pennies as my change. When I went inside, I got a nasty look, and she went over and got change to put in the drawer for me. Still shorted me a dime. The dime wasn’t worth complaining about, nor will this Dunkin’ Donuts in the future, as I will not return.

The worst! If I could give it less than 1 star I would. I have been to the drive through 5 times, and EVERY TIME they got the order wrong. When I tell them it’s wrong, they look at me like it’s my fault. I’ve only given them more than a few chances because it was on the way to where I was going, but I really don’t understand how they get it wrong every single time. I drive the extra few miles to Midlothian Dunkin because this one sucks so bad. I am not a complainer but this sucks. Would like to be able to patronize a local business, but they have forced me to go elsewhere.

One of my favorite DD’s! Always super quick with the morning rush. I stop in here every morning before work & they are so good with remembering my face & usually my order. Front counter people are always smiling and friendly. Great way to start the morning!

Love my vanilla long john an mocha coffee before my morning commute! Saves me from going crazy while sitting in the car for an hour and a half. DD over Starbucks any day.

Daily visit during the work week, sometimes on weekends too. This DD makes my drinks perfectly whereas many other DD locations just can’t seem to get it right (too much cream, not enough cream, weak coffee, etc).love this DD!

When I walked in, one girl was sitting on the counter getting a hand massage by other girl. Then she continued to talked while I waited at the counter. When she finally took my order, I was given some stale hard ass munchkins. Very disappointed ! Never had this problem before. The manager should definitely look at the camera and see what his or her employees were doing

Thank you DD-​Crestwood for making your donuts and teaching me what it means to run on Dunkin! Please know that I’ve never *EVER* been a coffee drinker until recently but this particular DD never messes up my order! Due to my location I can either go to the DD in Crestwood or the one in Oak Forest and every time I have to make a choice I choose this one because (and I’m sorry to say this OF-​DD but you always massively fail when making my order).
