Do not join this company at all. they do not take criticism lightly. They ban you no matter what you say. They set up conventions, you buy your «non refundable» tickets, get into a non refundable hotel and guess what??? they cancel the convention a day or two before so you are out of money. Their conventions have 15 people. They are not a good direct company to be with. they do not offer you any help as a crew member. they delete you from evrything… since the divorce from the owner and her husband things got worse… join anything else not this!!! they never offer you a phone call
