I don’t know what all the fuss is about. I had zero problems with this Sonic. I’m a pescatarian, so I always have to ask them to leave things off and have a little more difficult orders. I have a prepared order dialog for every Sonic I go to. I’ve had a lot of them mess it up but this one got everything right the first time and the tots were crispy. That says something. While writing this review the gentleman inside, even stopped by to check if I needed anything else. I went for Breakfast, if that makes a difference. 5 stars.

These employees do not care about their job. They give incorrect change, 20+ minutes to get food, they called me rude when they refused to give me the food I ordered because they didn’t have it ready by the time they closed. It’s insanely bad.

Been waiting 15 minutes for two drinks and they are not even busy. Some kid mixture have cut his finger off cutting the limes for my limeaide. Pitiful !!!

Worst restaurant in Crestwood. Food is always cold. Once they forgot to give me my credit card back and when I went back to get it they gave me attitude. Last time the drive-thru intercom was barely audible but instead of placing a sign to pull ahead they kept trying to talk to us. Once I finally drive ahead, the swiped my card and them told me their card reader was down. They had all of our order ready to go(all drinks) but threw them away in front of us because I didn’t have cash! Great customer service!
