Really quick and have always been helped. I work with kids and find myself sick at least a couple of times a year. This is one of my two«go to» urgent care centers. I go to this one when I need/want to be looked at and treated quickly. I’ve never spent more than like 45 minutes at this place. This is a huge contrast to their other office in Crestwood. That place will suck you in for hours. Go here if you’re looking for solid care and you need to be in and out quickly.

The service I had was fine but they charge a ridiculous amount compared to other urgent care centers. I was only there probably a total of 30 min. The doctor walked in, looked at my daughter’s skin told me what it was and left. They charge $ 206 just to walk in to the center and then another $ 144 for the doctor to see you. Save your money and go to Total Access.

Yes, they are horrible. i left with a severe allergic reaction to med they precribed, and when I returned with symptoms of a reaction from the meds they misdianossed it as having a flu, and having to go by ambulane to the ER two days later. Could have died from it. They had the nerve to still charge me another $ 50 co pay also

WORSTPLACEEVER!!! I went to get meds for bronchitis. Due too having with in the same 2 – 3 weeks every year the past 6 years I knew what I had. I was told that I had a «chest cold» the doctor refused to give me anything except cough syrup that I can buy over the counter at Walgreens. By the time I as able to get back to my dr. 2 weeks later I had developed walking pneumonia and now have asthma. I was also told my insurance would cover by visit so imigaine my surprise when I got a $ 100 bill. Don’t go here if you want treatment.

I just got back from St. Anthony’s Urgent Care on Big Bend and it’s the worst place ever. After spending five days with a horrible case of strep throat and bronchitis, I was hoping to find some relief. Something– as the antibiotics I’ve been taking haven’t helped. The doctor who helped me here was so rude. I am almost ashamed to say, but, he made me cry right there in his office! Between my cough, not sleeping well because I can’t breathe, and this killer sore throat, I’m in a pretty sensitive state. Sitting in the office, I felt like another statistic of the flu that’s walked through his door this winter. I left with no relief whatsoever, and will most certainly NEVER go back to that clinic again.
