Dr. Flora is such a nice and knowledgable doctor. He’s also great with kids. My wait time was short, that’s always a plus. My exam was thorough and nothing unnecessary was pushed. The staff were also very kind and helpful.

I have zero complaints. The wait was nothing, I was seen right away. My appointment was at 3:20 (I arrived at 3:15 to fill out paperwork) and I was back in my car at 3:50! I had an eyeglasses exam as well as an exam for gas permeable contact lenses. Bonus: Medicaid covers the eyeglasses exam! I found the eye doctor (Reginio Flora?) to be very professional yet personable, as well.

i wrote a previous review about getting glasses here. i noticed a deep scratch on the bridge of the nose, so i called and asked if i can get a new frame and that i did not mind paying for it cause the frame was only nine dollars. the lady on the phone was nice, she informed me that they did not have it in stock but they will order it for me. and since i needed to order a new frame so soon after it was still under warranty so it is no charge. which i am pleased with. they fixed the problem in a nice courteous manner at no charge to me. i paid nine bucks for the frames so i did not even mind if i had to pay anyway. this place is aweseome. where else can you spend nine on frames, 29 for lenses, and fifty for an eye exam and have it all cost under 100? walmart rocks.
