Wingstop

I wish I had anything nice to say other than their wings are good, but half the time I wouldn’t even know it because our order is ALWAYS WRONG. That’s not an exaggeration, we have been there 4 times and EVERY time, they have gotten our order wrong. Once, they got the same order wrong 3 different times! We eventually gave up trying to get them to fix it especially because the woman working the register was extremely rude. Another time I came in and there was extremely vulgar, unedited music blasting from the kitchen (which is easily heard from the front). Totally unprofessional. We decided after months of not ordering to give them one more try, and guess what? Order was wrong again. I ordered fries with a side of cheese and they gave me cheese, but no fries. Will not be going there again!!!

Not only is the food good (quality meat and fresh cut fries) but the service is always wonderful. The management staff is professional and always smiling. I have never had a bad experience.

I go here very often and not once have they gotten my order wrong. Food has always been good and on point, reasonable wait time, and staff works fast.
This is definite go to place when I want wings.

After two bad experiences at the Wing Stop in Evergreen Park, I decided to try this one out and held on to hope that it would be a decent location. Definitely is!
The customer service was excellent. Hands down the best customer service at any Wing Stop. The guy at the register was great! Everything you expect a person working with people to be.
The food was fresh, nothing to complain about.
The entire restaurant was clean. Tables, chairs, and floors.
This is for sure my new Wing Stop location.

The wings were just bad. Not only that but they were extremely tiny. I ordered ten wings, which I would normally not finish, and finished and could still eat a few more. I will not be going here again.

My favorite wing stop! Good food, fast service and the cashiers are always extremely nice and polite!

Delicious wings here and the price is definitely right in comparison to some of the other chains. I especially enjoy the garlic Parmesan wings.

Great wings here. I truly appreciate the effort of the manager to assure my happiness with the meals I get here. I had an issue the last time I was and the manager, Benito, went out of his way the following day to alleviate any issues that I had. If the customer service can continue like this, I see a very prosperous future for Wingstop in Crestwood.

We ordered wings and then about 5 minutes later we went next door to order a pizza. 20 minutes later our pizza is done. We come back and the rep says it gonna be w couple more minutes. So to me, I’m asking because the first time she said a couple of minutes it was over 20 minutes ago. So, the guy in the back is doing one order at a time and picking wings up one by one. I told the rep if she hadn’t started the order to go ahead and cancel it. She said she was starting it now. I said no because our pizza was already done. She’s standing over the frier claiming that the order is right there. So I asked why it’s been there for 30 minutes?! I said to cancel the order once more and so she walks to the front and states «Lemme give these people their money back cause’ they be giving me all kinds of attitude». The whole time this girls apologizing to people because she’s so tired. Well, this was the first and last time we are here. Canceled the order and got our food elsewhere. This girl’s employment needs to be terminated.

So it takes 20 min for the food to cook and there’s always a line, but damn good if anyone wants FAST food go eat that garbage at McDonalds The only other place that has this kind of good tasting wings is Chillies but cost more and longer weight

hey all those nasty reviews. wow. i have never ever had a problem with them, other than you have to wait since its made fresh. come on. so call in the order if you don’t want to wait…

More like Wing (dont)Stop if you want good food on time. Wait is incredibly long. Staffs nice, but what kind of take out place has zero garbage cans in the dining area? Seriously. Plus the cook is wearing fucking Nike sandals. This place could have been a 10 but instead it seemed to open and the owner just said screw it and let’s these kids run it. Also the pop is always flat and the tea is never filled. Sorry WingStop but I think ya gots ta Go.

Avoid this wing-​stop if you can! Me and a friend went to this particular location because the Evergreen location mysteriously closed down and we were craving some wings.
Let’s just say we should have taken the closed wing stop as an omen to forgo wings for that day. However, our persistence to eat wings became our downfall. Sure enough, we googled the next location nearest there, and, unfortunately, was directed to this Crestwood joint.
There are SO many things wrong with this place, and I’m so furious about my experience there that I’m going to list the issues we had as simply as possible, without overwhelming this review.
1. THEY WILL FORGET YOU!
We arrived at the restaurant and placed our order right away. There was only two other people in the restaurant, and we were the first ones to order at the time. So, our order should have been made right away. Well, they pushed our order back for some reason, and started putting everyone else’s order in first! After about 45 minutes of just waiting and hearing everyone else’s names being called out for their order, I nicely approached the counter and asked what happened to our food. The staff member looked at me like she had no idea what I was talking about and said it shouldn’t be more than a few minutes more. So, I waited another 15 minutes for them to bring out the wings! That was ridiculous!
2. THEY WILL MAKE YOUR ORDER WRONG!
When the wings finally came, it was quite obvious that they forgot about our order and just threw some wings together, because they came out dry and cold! They didn’t even have the special sauce we ordered them with! They were completely naked! The fries were cold with the seasonings thrown on top! I was so furious! All that waiting, and they didn’t have the decency to even get my order right! So, I went back to the counter wanting to throw a fit, but I very calmly asked to speak to a manager. The whole staff thought I was crazy for asking for one, because it was, like, they were scared to say who or where the manager was! So, some lady sheepishly comes from the back and claims she’s a manager. So, I told her how they took forever to make my order and when they brought it out, it was all wrong and cold. She just looked at me dumbfounded, until another staff member who originally took my order concurred that the order was wrong and that they apologize and will make everything fresh and new right away.
3. THEY DON’T CARE IF YOU GET BAD FOOD!
So, after another 25 minutes, they bring out another batch of wings. The wings are barely coated with the sauce we originally requested. At this point, I am starving and too upset. So, I just asked one of the staff to just bring me a side of sauce. I wasn’t going to wait anymore longer for them to bring me just more bad food. So, we finally eat the wings and they’re not even hot. Lukewarm at best. The wings were very bland and tasted bitter, almost spoiled tasting. After a few wings, I couldn’t eat anymore. I was so upset. Not only because they didn’t get my order right or had me to wait forever for bad food, but the manager didn’t offer me anything to try and fix the problem. She should have offered to refund my money, or at least take something off the bill. But no. Just a lousy «we apologize» and here are some wings we’ll remake for you that still came out bad.
4.THEY WILL GIVE YOU FOOD POISON!
Here is the worst part of the whole experience. Apparently, there was a reason why the wings didn’t taste so good, as they were not properly handled and/​or cooked. Not even hours later after eating those godforsaken wings, me & and my friend ended up with the runs and nausea!
Never again will I come back to this place! This restaurant has ruined me from the wing stop franchise. I no longer trust them! I gave a lot of money for their food only to be forgotten and given bad food by them! Do not come to this place, unless you like to gamble with your health and stress levels. Oh, God, how much I hate this place for what they did to me!

I ordered food using the app and I called to confirm and the guy said «oh our printer is not working… so what would you like?» … Why have an app at all…
