A definite RAVE to customer service! I was on a road trip a couple of weeks ago and my parents rear tire blew. It was close to six o’clock in the evening so we knew that finding service would be challenging. Trying to beat the clock, we drove ahead, taking the next off ramp. There was Tire Factory; one of the bay doors was open. The store was actually closed but after explaining our situation, the manager did not hesitate to offer help. After looking at the tread on the remaining tire, it was clear it also needed to be replaced. In just over an hour, he had us back on the road again. Thumbs up I-​5 Tire Factory, you rise above the rest!

I’ve been here multiple times and they have been fantastic every time. They are always professional, fast, and friendly. Tire prices are usually the most competitive I can find in the area for high quality tires. They work on a first-​come-​first-​serve basis so I’ve never had to make an appointment. This isn’t ideal for me, because I’m a planner, but that’s never become an issue here. Even when they are busy, it doesn’t take long to fit me in (today, for example, I came in at 8:30AM and they already had several people in the waiting area, but I still drove away about an hour later with my new tires). On the occasions when I’ve gotten a nail or something into my tire, I just swung by this place and they’ve fixed it, free of charge. I will definitely keep coming back here, and I don’t even live in Creswell anymore!

Great place for tires and an oil change. Friendly staff and always willing to go the extra mile to help you out even if you just have questions. Also they donate to local sports teams and non profits! Great community business. Also locally owned and operated.

Just got my oil changed here and had amazing customer service. I like that unlike other places that do oil changes and try to upsell you on every little thing, this place just does what you ask for. And heck you can’t go wrong with a little popcorn for free while you’re waiting now can you? I think I will try this place out next time I need some tires.

Excellent customer service even when busy! I was a Mom out on a trip with my son and I heard a strange noise. Not knowing what to do I asked the parts store in town where to go and they told me they would go to the Tire Factory. I went over there and Rory listened to my engine. He knew right away what the problem was, it was something small, and he fixed it without charge. After hearing I was from out of town without my husband to help, He offered to check it again the next day to make sure I could make it home safely. Wow! I cannot rave about this place enough!!! Saved my trip and my sanity! Thank you Tire Factory and Rory!!!
