As a first time buyer, I was pleasantly surprised at the kindness of the staff. The fact it is a family business meant to me that they should care very much about the customers and keeping them happy. They did not disappoint.
There were a few issues and delays with the purchase and transfer but I am confident it was a mistake that will not happen again.
Compared to other shops I have visited, Gregg’s is high on the list for customer care. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family for future purchases.
